Acceptable Items
Review the criteria for items we accept and do not accept.
Your items will be inspected by one of our associates. We regret that we cannot accept items that do not meet the requirements. We strongly urge you to read the critera below before proceeding.
A little prep goes a long way
Before you bring in your items, follow these easy tips:

Clothes look better when they are free of wrinkles

Remove dirt, dust, lint from items

Air out items that have been in storage
Criteria:
Items must be in new or like-new condition.
Items with obvious signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.
The minimum sale price is $10. Items with re-sale value of less than $10 will not be accepted.
Guidelines:
This is a generic list for indicative purposes only and is not exhaustive:

No odors, scents, dirt

No scratches, cracks

No faded, pilling, stretched, cracked fabric

Clothes must have manufacterer brand and care labels intact (sale tags may be absent)

Worn out heels, soles or in-soles
-
Items must be incomplete without missing parts

Sizing Rules
No items weighing more than 50lbs
No items with total linear length greater than 60". Add length + height + width. The total should be less than 60".
